the sweetest scene

Have u ever watch "Before Sunrise" (1995)? well, it's my favorite movie of all time. it is played by Ethan Hawke (Jesse) and Julie Delpy (Celine). the story follows two strangers, a young American and a young French woman who meet at the train and then decide to spend a night at Vienna and getting to know each other until the time before sunrise.

the movie's really simple. not much happens, with minimalist plot. but their perspectives of life and their conversation about everything makes it even more romantic.

well, here's my favorite part of the movie. when they two r walking alongside the canal, they are approached by a beggar who offers to write them a poem with a word of their choice in it. Jesse & Celine choose "milkshake"!

here's the poem. it is originally written by David Jewell for the movie.

Lenka happenings :)

1st of all, i wanna tell u that i LOVE lenka. :) that's why i use her song on my blog. she's very talented. with such a great performance, lyrics, n voice. this one is my another favorite of lenka's called "Trouble is a friend". check the video. kinda cool. really worth a watch. i also put the lyric in case u wanna know.. ;) "Trouble will find you no mater where you go, oh oh. Thank God I'm a Woman

Before I go to bed tonite.. i want to say to u all, esp. wonderful women out there, " HAPPY KARTINI DAY ". Recalling our memories, RA Kartini was born in Jepara, 21 April 1879, into an aristocratic Javanese family in a time when Java was still part of the Dutch colony. She's a leading feminist of women emancipation in Indonesia. In addition, she's the one who very concerned about education in our country, especially for women. n thank God still, every school from kindergarten to high school level celebrates this day by having flag ceremony and singing "Ibu Kartini" song. (yeahh,we have a song of her. that's a good point!) but i don't know for today cause what i know is every high school's having an Nation Exams since yesterday. but i think other levels still care bout this.. (hope for it) Keep her spirit in all of us! -love love .. have a great dream everyone

Please save our planet. Remember 4 main points : Reduce Re-use Recycle Repair it's the beginning of the green generation.. F.Y.I Earth Day was firstly held on 22nd April 1970. p.s : medan is getting hotter n hotter each day, even too hot. God i can't stand it anymore.. :(
